I have reworked the website a bit and added a few widgets to the right side of the blog.  Let me know if you think the format still needs improvement.

Here are the widgets that I added:

• Get Venture Posts:  This widget allows folks to pull a feed of my posts onto their website  This will enable some of you who are syndicating or sharing my posts to import content to your webpages.
• Pandora:  You can now listen to my custom pandora music channels.  I have yet to create an 'N Sync channel - stay tuned.
• Netflix:  This widget shows the netflix movies that I have watched most recently.

Let me know if you have other ideas for cool widgets that I should use.
