Top Five Ways To Find Talent

Help Wanted

I recently held a lunch with ten of New York’s finest young entrepreneurs. If there is such a thing as a bleeding edge, this crew is out in front of it.

The purpose of the lunch was for everyone to swap notes - to share their best practices. Ultimately, I wanted a format that would help these entrepreneurs help each other (something that we need more of in New York).

During the course of the conversation one person asked how everyone else was finding the best and brightest talent. While four of the five tactics offered by the group are relatively traditional (in my opinion), I thought that they were worth sharing here just in case.
