One of the greatest challenges startups face when trying to find talent is knowing who is looking for their next gig.  While I don't know if this will work, to try to combat that I'm going publishing a webform (below) where people who are looking for opportunities at startups can identify themselves.

The list of job seekers will be available to the public so that startups can find and connect with them.

If this is providing value, I will launch a new database every quarter in order to make sure that the list of candidates is relatively fresh.

I have also put this in a page on my blog which you can find in the column on the right.

Spread the word & maybe we'll help some people find jobs.
