Can someone comment on the process of raising the capital for an internet company? How difficult is it to raise the money nowadays?

Mike,

I suggest you attend the iBreakfast events in NYC and practice pitching. I am in MD and have driven up for a couple of these and you will earn a lot. Be aware of the many companies who will take your money for free advice. Best way to find money is through a respected reference and a timely introduction. Make sure you have your story down cold.

Can anyone put me in touch with Peter Fine, President, Atlantic Development Group LLC?
Thanks!

I create a unique wire name promotional item at corporate and private functions, events, meetings, conferences, fundraisers, conventions and trade shows where the object is to attract people to one's booth.

My wire names are a great marketing, PR and advertising tool.
I attract people like bees to honey.

Also a great employee or client incentive.

Names can also be sent out via mail order.

I am looking for sponsors, which will allow me to create my wire names at area hospitals for kids with cancer.

I’ve recently signed a major Joint Venture with the second largest payment company in China with a 40% market share and rated #1 online payment company in China. The JV is to distribute LinQpay’s mobile phone based payment service to the Chinese market for Person to Person (P2P) and Person to Business (P2B) payment models. I’m looking for funding for the JV.

I am currently working with a company that does language translation software for the mobile phone. The applications are steller and are the number one downloaded application in it's category on Handango presently. The company is looking for a small amount of funding, between $750K-$1.4million. I would like to talk with any group that may be interested in funding this company, I can send the invester presentation to you for your review upon your request.

Thanks

dSpot is a new ad supported free WiFi venture. It makes it possible for anyone to own and operate their own WiFi hotspot and monetizes it so that the owner is encouraged to deploy it, refer it and to offer it to their customers. The customers get free Internet access in exchange for viewing ads. This model will fill the void left by the failing Muni WiFi systems and provide a ubiquitous WiFi service nationwide and ultimately on a global scale.
We have distribution deals in place and are now on the trail of funding at the Seed and Round A levels.
Interested in getting in at the ground level with some cool tech and a great prospect? Please get in touch!

Thanks
